IFR Padel Royale brings individual ambition and company pride together in one corporate padel championship.
Each player competes one against one while representing their company. Every match is part of an individual journey towards a category crown and a shared challenge for the corporate title.
Separate men’s and women’s competitions will crown a King and Queen of Padel at each playing level.
Individual performances contribute to a combined company score. The corporate championship brings colleagues together across categories.
A corporate-only 1v1 padel format, with separate men’s and women’s competitions and four playing levels.
Every match is an individual contest. No playing partner is required: each player steps onto the court representing their company.
The proposed format begins with group-stage matches, giving players a series of contests within their category.
Qualifying players progress through the knockout rounds towards the semifinals and category finals.
King and Queen finals will decide the individual champions, followed by the corporate championship presentation.
The detailed match schedule and competition rules will be confirmed as preparations progress.
Four playing levels, each with a men’s and women’s competition. The aim is fair, competitive matches for players with different levels of experience.
Players completely new to padel, generally with less than six months’ experience.
Recreational players developing consistency and match experience.
Regular players with good court awareness and competitive experience.
Experienced players with strong technique, tactics and tournament experience.
The corporate championship connects the individual competitions. Players earn points for the company they represent throughout the event.
Company points accumulate through taking part, winning matches and progressing through the competition.
Results from different players and playing categories contribute towards one combined corporate total.
The company with the highest combined score will be crowned IFR Corporate Padel Champion 2027.
Competitive padel meets the IFR atmosphere: colleagues supporting each other, conversations beside the courts and a shared day of sport.
Colleagues and invited guests can support their players across the men’s and women’s competitions.
Food and beverage areas, music and opportunities to connect with Malta’s business community are part of the proposed event experience.
Photography and video coverage will capture the competition, the category finals and the corporate championship presentation.
