Your event agreement
IFR Events is operated by For A Cause Events Ltd. The registration form for your selected event sets out the specific agreement you are asked to accept. Read it together with the event details, selected entry and price before signing.
The overview on this page does not introduce a single cancellation or refund rule for every event. The terms presented for your particular booking apply. A later change to the published terms does not rewrite the agreement recorded with an earlier booking.
Submitting a company entry
Enter the correct company, representative and billing details, select the appropriate entry, then review and sign the agreement. The person submitting must be authorised to act for that company.
Where the selected form states that signing and submitting creates a binding agreement, take that wording into account before submitting. An automated receipt records submission; it is not proof of payment or, by itself, a guarantee of an available place.
Contact IFR with your booking reference if you need to correct details or check status. Do not make another booking merely because an email has not arrived.
Prices and payment
The registration form shows the entry price and whether VAT is included or excluded. Payment and deposit requirements follow the selected event agreement and the instructions provided for that booking.
The current website forms record the entry and signature; they do not take an online card payment. An invoice or payment arrangement is handled separately with IFR.
Changes, cancellations and event rules
Send cancellation or amendment requests to IFR in writing and include your company name, event and booking reference. The relevant event agreement governs deadlines, fees, refunds and any arrangements for postponement or cancellation.
Team eligibility, squad limits, player documentation and competition rules are specific to each event. A company booking does not replace an individual player waiver or any required player information.
Fast Five interest enquiries
The Fast Five interest form is an enquiry route. Sending it does not reserve a place, take a payment or commit your company to a booking. Formal entry details and the applicable agreement will be provided when registration is available.
Privacy and questions
Booking information, accepted agreements and signatures are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. General website use is covered by the Website Terms.

Current event agreements
The event-specific wording below comes from the current registration settings. Always review the agreement displayed in your selected form before submitting.
IFR Football League 2026/27
Team entry
This form records your company’s team booking for the IFR Football League 2026/27. The Standard Team Entry fee is €2,500 per team, excluding VAT.
Registration and deposit
The registration deadline is 16 October 2026. Participation is limited to a maximum of 12 company teams. A participation deposit is required to secure your company’s place.
Season and squad
Fixtures take place on Wednesday or Thursday evenings. The season runs October/November 2026 – Early May 2027. Matches are 6-a-side: one goalkeeper and five outfield players.
Each company may register a season squad of up to 22 players. Before each round, a matchday team list of up to 12 players must be submitted, comprising six starters and up to six substitutes. Only players in the registered season squad may play. Changes to a submitted matchday list require approval from the organisers.
IFR Padel Cup 2027
Agreement Terms
This booking form constitutes a binding agreement between For A Cause Events (“the Promoters”) and the company named in this form (“the Company”) for participation in the IFR Padel Cup 2027.
Team registration
Team registration remains open until further notice.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received no later than 28 February 2027, one calendar month before the event begins. This allows the Promoters sufficient time to arrange replacement teams.
For cancellations received after this deadline, the Promoters reserve the right to retain the participation fee.
IFR Champions Cup 2027
Agreement Terms
This booking form constitutes a binding agreement between For A Cause Events (“the Organisers”) and the company named in this form (“the Company”) for participation in the IFR Champions Cup 2027.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received no later than 29 April 2027, one calendar month before the event begins. This allows the Organisers sufficient time to arrange replacement teams.
For cancellations received after this deadline, the Organisers reserve the right to retain the participation fee.
Event postponement or cancellation
If the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company may choose to accept the proposed new dates and transfer any participation fees paid to the rescheduled event, or receive a full refund of those fees.
