Team Composition

1. Teams: Each team has 6 players.
2. Substitutions: Allowed during game, upon clearance by Referee

Scoring

1. Match Format: Group stage and Last 16 will be one set games, whilst Quarter finals onwards will be best of 3 sets
2. Set Points: Group stage sets will be to 11 points, last 16 stage will be to 15. Quarter finals will be first 2 sets to 11 and final set to 7, whilst semi finals and finals will be to 15 with the final set to 7.
3. Winning a Set: A team must win by at least 2 points.
4. Rally Scoring: Points can be scored on every serve.

Serving

1. Serve Rotation: Players alternate serving every time their team wins a rally.
2. Serve Attempt: Only one attempt per serve is allowed.
3. Serve Position: Serve from anywhere behind the end line.

Play

1. Ball Contacts: Each team can touch the ball up to 3 times before sending it over the net.
2. No Lifting or Carrying: The ball must be hit, not caught or thrown.
3. Block Touch: A block touch counts as one of the three allowed contacts.

Faults

1. Net Touch: Players may not touch the net during play.
2. Under the Net: Players may not step completely across the center line under the net.
3. Double Hit: A player cannot hit the ball twice consecutively.

Boundaries

1. In/Out: The ball is in if it lands on the line; out if it lands outside the lines.
2. Antenna: The ball must pass between the antennas when crossing the net.

Other Rules

1. Time-Outs: Each team is allowed one 30-second time-out per set.

Court Switch: Teams switch sides every set.
